The second-annual FarmFest450 will be August 7th, 2010
at 10115 S Kinsman Rd Kinsman, IL 60437

The first FarmFest450 last summer was a ton of fun and the second is going to be even better. Hope you can join us just outside of Ransom, IL (population 450, hence the festival’s name) for a full day and night of live music, great BBQ, and camping.

This year food will be sold by an Ottawa girls softball team in which all of their procedes will benefit their 2011 season! Hot dogs, brats, and burgers will be on the menu.

Once again half of all profits are being donated to the American Cancer Society and a charity to be named by the Chase Travers family of Ransom, IL.

Tickets

Discounted advance tickets will be available for purchase on the website soon, day-off ticket prices will be $15 for a day pass and $25 if your camping overnight.

Travelling to the fest

The festival happens on private farm land at 10115 S Kinsman Rd Kinsman, IL 60437.

Streator, Ottawa, Marseilles, Seneca, Morris, Dwight and Pontiac

Chicago, south and western suburbs, Bloomington, Peoria, Champaign, Rockford

What to bring

• Tents, canopies, sleeping bags, and other camping gear if you’re going to camp
• Poncho and umbrella, spare clothes in case of rain
• Food and beverages (alcohol is okay), especially if vegetarian or special diet
• Lawn chairs, picnic blankets, etc.
• Don’t forget to bring a towel! Seriously, you’ll need it sooner or later.

What NOT to bring

• Absolutely no guns, crossbows, non-food knives, or weapons of any kind.
• No campers / recreational vehicles over 20 feet long (and all campers must leave the property by 10am the next morning, August 8th).
